Minister Konda Surekha of Telangana has come under heat for remarks she made recently on the divorce of Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya. Adding their voices to the lengthy number of actors who have criticised her on social media are Prabhas and Ram Charan.
Prabhas, who is typically reticent, wrote a comment on his Instagram stories pleading for "dignity" over "politics." "Disrespecting personal lives for political gain is unacceptable," the author said.Politics must not be above dignity. The film industry will not tolerate this.
